The Cataluna team consisted mainly of FC Barcelona players, though some of their better players were missing, playing for Spain against Germany. The non-Barca players were Prat (Espanol), Blanch and Gual (CE Sabadell), Rosalen (CE Jupiter) and Betancourt (CF Badalona). There is some conflict in spanish reports as to the Sunderland scorers; Gurney defintely got at least 3, Carter and Gallacher may each have scored 2, and Davis may not have scored.
