Bob Kyle wrote that the game was rough, and at one point This was an exhibition match played in Poszony, then in the Hungarian half of the Austria-Hungary Empire, but now Bratislava (Slovakia). It was clearly a novelty in the city, played on a makeshift ground of the local gymnastic club; the ground would not become a formal football ground until some years later.
